How to Request a Return
Customers must notify our sales team within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return. Our representatives will assist with the process and confirm eligibility under this policy.
Transport & Inspection
Return Transport: NATIONAL REPOSSESSION SERVICES PTY LTD will arrange and cover the cost of return transport using approved logistics providers only.
Inspection Process: All returned vehicles must be received in the same condition as delivered, free from additional damage, wear, or modifications.
Restocking Fees: If post-delivery damage or unauthorised changes are identified, a restocking or rectification fee may be applied.
Refund Process
Upon successful inspection and approval of the return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, less any applicable fees.
Exclusions
This return policy does not apply to brand-new vehicles or custom-built and special-order units.
